Set in the world of 1950s science fiction B-movies; a world of monochrome, of saturated blacks and stark whites. A world where good acting does not exist, where men are square-jawed and rugged, where women are dainty and helpless. Good, old-fashioned values, ethics, and morals are the pillars of society. We are in the future. The year? 1999. In this world, we have in some ways not yet progressed past the 1950s, yet in others, we are far in the future: ray guns, rocket ships, and robots are all part of everyday life.
When young Bobby and Susie begin experiment on Make-Out Ridge, their terrible sin conjures up a horrible creature made entirely of sound. Can US Army scientist Roger Mansfield stop this horrible monster before it’s too late? Find out in The Frequency of Fear.
This episode stars David Philips as Bobby and Man-Barbara, Sammy Corrick as Susie, Gregory Gallagher as Roger and Van Gutenberg, Sara Hawthorne as Barbara, and Corey Hickenbottom as the narrator.
